I found that if I copy the current FG profile and rename this to say Dummy and then I lower it say 14 feet or so (This is the trial and error part) this will force your FG profile line to the top of the view and the dummy to the bottom.  I have not tested this yet with split profiles but it should help.  Just delete the Dummy profile or freeze the layer your style puts it on. Maybe create a separate dump profile style that puts it on a separate layer you can latter freeze.

If you need more space at the top of a certain profile view you could easily manually grip edit the dummy profile in this area before you create your sheets.
