I've been wanting to do this for a while and so I just did it! Nothing real special and I'm sure someone else could probably add to this but here it is. If you do use this and change it for the better could you send me a copy?

All you need to do is go to your Prospector tab and find your pipe network and then either go to the pipes or Structures. Once here just pick the top pipe hold down on your shift key and pick the last pipe and then do a ctrl-c.  Now go to this spreadsheet and you will see that two tabs; one is called Paste Pipes HERE and the other is called Paste mManholes HERE. Go to the corresponding tab and then highlighted in Red is telling your where to now Paste in your Pipes/Structures.

Now go to the corresponding tab that either says Pipe Tables or Manhole Tables and you will see your totals in a table format.

But to get this to work you must have first done two things!

1.) Have your Parts List completed with all of the necessary Pipes and Manholes added!

2.) Have this spreadsheet include the names of each pipe and manhole just as it is in your Parts List. (very important)

This should work with 2007 also!

Now I do have this working with just my Storm sewer Part list from my Styles file, but this would be fairly easy to copy and adjust for Sanitary and Water.  If you are one of my customers with a styles file that I have created, this should work for your Storm Sewer Proposed.  Let me know and I can updated this to also include the Sanitary Proposed and Water Proposed.  If you want to be one of my customers send me an e-mail and we can see what we can do for you! bneu@alignex.com
